A new benchmarking study, Social Care Reward 2016-17, is being developed by Agenda Consulting in partnership with Voluntary Organisations Disability Group (VODG). The study aims to help social care organisations develop and compare their pay, and reward policies and practices with others in the sector.

Agenda Consulting, a people research consultancy specialising in the not-for-profit sector, invites Third Sector organisations to take part in its Annual Cost of Living Award Survey.
The survey seeks to establish the basis upon which cost of living awards are made in the sector, to determine if organisations are planning awards this year, and what the awards will be.
