Charities and social enterprises are being invited to take part in research into their use of data. This will help in developing a framework for understanding how social sector organisations use data to make decisions and how they can get better at it.
“This Data Evolution survey is about how the social sector is adapting in its use of data. We want to hear from you if you’re connected to a charity or social enterprise in England or Wales. It should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete and it’s fine if more than one person from your organisation takes part.”
Here, ‘data’ includes all the types of information your organisation might collect, store, analyse and use.
Those taking part get the chance to win £100 for their organisation.
The research is part of the Data Evolution project being run by DataKind UK charity and social enterprise Data Orchard.
