Lottery funding distribution – public consultation

The government is inviting views from the public to help guide the policy direction for the Big Lottery Fund, on the Fund’s distribution of National Lottery money across England and programmes covering the whole of the UK.

The policy directions, last revised in 2012,  include a renewed focus of local engagement, and a new one on variety and innovation. New guidelines will give explicit directions on the UK-wide funding portfolio.

The consultation runs to 12th August. There’s a government news release or get more background and some sector comment in Civil Society News article.
