Developing charity leadership through peer consultants

A new programme to improve charity leadership has been launched by the King’s Fund and GSK, partnering with Comic Relief.

Health and wellbeing charities which have received training and leadership development as part of the GSK IMPACT Awards will be supported to act as peer-consultants to develop leaders in a wider pool of charities. Those to benefit from the Cascading Leadership Programme will be selected by Comic Relief according to its independent evaluation processes.

During 2016, 15 pairs of consultants and clients will work on this project. An evaluation will be published at the end of the year.
