The Charity Commission, the regulator of charities in England and Wales, is to live-stream one of its public meetings for the first time this month.
The event will take place 29th February in Southampton, and trustees, charity advisers, staff etc. can still turn up in person (but must register in advance).
The focus of the event will be on trustee duties and responsibilities. Attendees will hear from senior staff at the commission and take part in discussions to find out more about good financial management, changes to charity fundraising guidance and what a more digitally focused service for charities looks like.
The stream will also be recorded and the replay will be made available online.
