Personnel professionals body CIPD has updated its factsheet on employment law developments in 2015 and 2016 (registration required to access). Many of the announcements made since the Conservative Government was elected in May 2015 will start to come into force in this year.
Workplace relations experts Acas have published a report identifying key trends that will have an impact on workplace relations in 2016. They highlight workplace bullying, pay, the new trade union bill and productivity as key issues. Download ‘Workplace Trends 2016 via their news item.
