Social media guide for charities

An “insiders’ guide to social media” has been published by sector group CharityComms.

It is based on input from top social media practitioners at a range of charities, covering the work they’re most proud of, other people’s work they admire and top tips. There is information on strategy, audiences, content, channels and tools, raising money, integration, dealing with crisis and more.
