Key messages to improve understanding of charities

Following the recent negative media coverage of the charity sector, the Understanding Charities Group has

“come up with a skeleton narrative that we think will start to get charities back on the front foot with a positive message about why we’re here and what we do.”

The Understanding Charities Group, a cross-sector group wanting to improve the public’s trust and understanding of charities, is seeking more charities to engage with its work, and would welcome thoughts on the skeleton narrative.
