Making young people welcome as charity trustees

A new guide gives advice on how charities can make young people welcome as trustees, with case studies on different ways of giving them the necessary skills.

Produced by Charities Aid Foundation, this follows on from recommendations of its Growing Giving Parliamentary Inquiry and a survey of young trustees. It also looks at challenges that can prevent young people from becoming trustees, and the benefits to organisations in overcoming these barriers.
