Charity annual return for 2016
The Charity Commission has also just announced that the content of the annual return which charities will need to complete for 2016 remains broadly the same as that for 2015. The only changes will be to the financial information required of charities with an income of £500,000 and over, reflecting the changes needed as a result of the new SORP.
Proposals to require details on campaigning expenditure have been dropped following consultation, which highlighted the administrative burden of this.
