Gauging levels of trust in charities

New research from sector consultancy nfpSynergy has found trust in charities at its lowest since 2007. The research, involving a representative sample of 1000 people, took place before the recent critical media coverage. They will carry out further research in the autumn to look at the impact of this.

The public in Scotland and Northern Ireland were found to have higher levels of trust in charities than elsewhere in the UK.
