Charity governance in a digital world

New from the governance development programme of solicitors Bates Wells Braithwaite is ‘Wired to Govern: a trustee’s handbook for the digital revolution’.

It covers the implication of a digital world to governance issues, such as the need for strong data protection, engaging charity members and board communications. There is also a digital governance ‘health check’ checklist, a social media policy template (more of an outline), and suggestions of further resources.
