The Inspiring Impact programme is to get Lottery funding to expand the reach of its existing tools – organisation self-assessment impact measurement tool ‘Measuring Up’ and the Inspiring Impact Hub directory of resources. The grant will cover three years work, and should increase analysis of the impact of charity work. See Civil Society News coverage.
NPC has also just published an evaluation of the last 3 years of the programme, its impact on the sector and those who have used its tools. ‘Building a movement: Review of the Inspiring Impact programme‘ also outlines opportunities for development over the next three years.
Inspiring Impact is run by NPC, and aims to change the way the voluntary sector thinks about impact and to make high quality impact measurement the norm for charities and social enterprises by 2022. Visit Inspiring Impact website for help on knowing “what to measure and how to measure”.
