Scottish communities in decision making

Over 10 years after Community Planning Partnerships were formed across Scotland, the third sector experience of them has been mixed. Voluntary Action Scotland, the network body for local support organisations, has put forward a new democratic vision for Community Planning that puts local people at the centre.
