Small Charity Week round-up

A range of material has been produced in connection with Small Charity Week 2015 (15th to 20th June). Here is a selection.

Results from the Small Charity Sector Skills Survey, undertaken by the Foundation for Social Improvement, concluded that skills gaps still present “a major barrier for small charities across the UK”. Sector thinktank NPC has an article which refers to the skills survey results, ‘Yes they can! Impact measurement in small charities‘. While its own research also recognises a skills, gap, it says “.. there are organisations out there proving hands-down that you can do impact measurement whatever size you are”.

The launch of VAST Vault, an online resource for voluntary organisations, charities and social enterprises operating across Staffordshire, has been timed for this week.
