Charity staff stressed but happier?

The Guardian is running a project in June to explore the physical and mental wellbeing of employees in the public and voluntary sectors. ClockOff pieces will appear on the Society Professionals networks.

In May, the newspaper carried out a survey on voluntary sector wellbeing. This has found that almost all charity staff work beyond their contracted hours, and while half are satisfied with their hours, stress is rife. Read the Guardian article.
