Gaining skills through youth social action

As part of the government’s efforts to promote social action, the Cabinet Office has produced ‘Evaluating youth social action: an interim report’.

The report provides evidence that young people who take part in social action initiatives develop some of the most critical skills for employment and adulthood in the process. Civil Society News coverage leads with “volunteering at school means people more likely to do so later in life”.
