Bank find its charity customers lacking in digital skills

The second report of the Lloyds Bank Business Digital Index has found a drop in “basic digital skills” in charities, with over half lacking them. The report says that “One of the clearest findings in 2015 is that in a broadly positive Index, charities remain at the lower end of the digital maturity scale”.

The index is based on anonymised internal Lloyds Banking Group data, followed up by an in-depth survey of 2,000 Lloyds Bank and Bank of Scotland customers.
