Bank find its charity customers lacking in digital skills

The second report of the Lloyds Bank Business Digital Index has found a drop in “basic digital skills” in charities, with over half lacking them. The report says that “One of the clearest findings in 2015 is that in a broadly positive Index, charities remain at the lower end of the digital maturity scale”.

Charity Digital News gives some more stats from the report, or download the full Digital Index Report 2015 direct (pdf 2.9MB). See pages 35 to 37 for the ‘Spotlight on Charities’ section.

The index is based on anonymised internal Lloyds Banking Group data, followed up by an in-depth survey of 2,000 Lloyds Bank and Bank of Scotland customers.
