Welsh advice services strategic network progresses

The National Advice Network, which is being established by the Welsh Government to ensure a more strategic approach to delivering advice services across the country (and also aims for better partnership working along with improved services), now has its first Chair. David Phillips has been a Councillor for over 20 years, principally in Swansea, and has a long interest in tackling poverty.
