An annual look at the year ahead based on the expectations and priorities of managers is produced by the Chartered Management Institute. Some of the statistics in ‘Future Forecast 2015’ are broken down between private, public and charity sectors.
For instance top management priorities are controlling costs in the public sector, managing performance in the private, and a combination of the two for charities. And not-for-profits find it marginally easier to recruit the necessary management and leadership (71% say it is difficult).
