Sector concerns on Scottish devolution moves

The Church of Scotland, the Scottish Trades Union Congress and the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations have called for citizens to be involved in deciding what powers should be within the control of the Scottish Parliament and what should remain at Westminster.
