Social value leads to better service delivery

More than two-thirds of local authorities and housing associations say delivering social value has led to better service delivery and community relations, according to a report from Social Enterprise UK. ‘Communities Count: the Four Steps to Unlocking Social Value’ was based on interviews with 77 senior leaders in local authorities and 123 in housing associations.
