Reviewing sector financial sustainability

A call for evidence on the financial sustainability of the voluntary sector has been issued, as part of a major review into the sector’s finances. For the review launch in June, see previous news item ‘Assessing the state of the sector’s finances’, http://voluntarynews.org.uk/news/2014/06/assessing-the-state-of-the-sectors-finances/. The review is led by NCVO, along with Charity Finance Group, Institute of Fundraising, NAVCA, and the Small Charities Coalition.

The evidence call is an opportunity for any voluntary organisation to tell their story about the impact of the recession on them, and how they have adapted to the changing funding environment. It closes on 30th September.
