New charities accounting standard out soon

The Financial Reporting Council has approved the new Charities Statements of Recommended Practice (SORP) for publication. It is now due to be published early summer on the SORP website http://www.charitysorp.org, possibly as early as July. There are two versions, one being for smaller entities.
