Using funding data to identify ‘below the radar’ groups

NCVO’s senior research officer has put a call out to organisations that makes grants to other organisations, particularly small and unregistered ones, to help collate/open up data on “below-the-radar” groups. These are groups that aren’t formally registered as a charity or a company, generally very small in money terms, and led by volunteer activity.
