Sector employs less youngsters

According to Skills Effect (the new name for Skills Third Sector) the voluntary sector is lagging behind private sector in employing young people. Just over a half of voluntary sector employers recruited a young person aged under 25 in 2012, compared to almost two thirds of private sector employers, based on analysis of the Employer Perspectives Survey.
