Scottish regulator new complaints procedure, register updates

From 3rd February OSCR, the Scottish charity regulator, will follow a new standardised procedure for handling complaints, having signed up to the model procedure produced by the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman. From December, OSCR has also been publishing a monthly list of organisations that have been granted charitable status.
