Changes to regulations around transfers of work

Changes to the TUPE regulations (protection for employees when their work is transferred to another employer) come into effect on 31st January, although some only apply for transfers taking place on or after 1st May or 31st July. With these changes it is more important than ever to get proper advice if your organisation is involved in any situation where some or all of your work – and therefore some or all of your employees – could transfer to another employer.
