Committing to volunteer rights

A ‘3R Promise’ (Rights, Reconciliation, Responsibility), for organisations in relation to volunteer rights, came out of an inquiry set up by Volunteering England in 2009. The Call to Action Progress Group set up to see this promise into use is now coming towards the end of its life, with about 140 organisations signed up.
