Public service delivery perspectives from America and UK

Third Sector Research Centre and Institute for Local Government Studies (Inlogov) recently held a seminar with guests from University of Illinois at Chicago, sharing knowledge on the role of third sector organisations in public services, comparing US and UK experiences.

A resulting article from Inlogov is ‘The role of the third sector in delivering public services: what we know and what we’d like to know’,, with a focus on looking at different levels (‘strata’) of the third sector in relation to service delivery.
