Further tweaking of record check forms

The latest email news from the Disclosure and Barring Service apologies for confusions over recent changes in how certain sections of the application form should be completed, see https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/dbs-news-july-2013.

This advises that Question e55 which asks the applicant “have you ever been convicted of a criminal offence or received a caution, reprimand or warning?” should be treated as if it asks “Do you have any convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings which would not be filtered in line with current guidance?”.
