Protecting against fraud

The National Fraud Authority’s Annual Fraud Indicator, published 6th June, records that almost ten per cent of charities with an income over £100,000 had detected fraud in the past year. Both the Charity Commission (England and Wales) and Scottish charity regulator OSCR have issued reminders to the sector to stay alert to the risk of fraud and give some tips: Commission news, or OSCR’s.
