Survey finds growing employee engagement and satisfaction

The latest quarterly employee survey from personnel professionals’ body CIPD found an increase in ’employee engagement’ in the voluntary sector, up from 41 per cent to 55% despite a backdrop of increasing redundancies. Job satisfaction has also grown in the sector, in contrast to elsewhere. ‘Employee Outlook: Spring 2013‘.

(Note: generally CIPD coverage is skewed towards larger voluntary organisations, although they say the results are weighted to be representative.)
