Burn out constant hazard for frontline workers

Third Force News reports that research carried out as part of a Clore Social Leadership fellowship, found that one in five charity workers in front-line health and social care services always or often feel susceptible to burn out. Ruth Campbell, director of Comas, which works with people recovering from addiction, investigated the levels of burn out within staff in front-line care charities in Edinburgh.
