Small organisations in a big society

The Institute for Public Policy Research has published ‘Taken for Granted: The needs of small voluntary and community organisations in a big society era’, which examines the ways in which small organisations utilise and receive funding, and ways the ‘big society’ agenda can avoid passing these organisations by or squeezing them out of vital community functions.
