Charities lacking in IT support

Research, based on an online survey of 140 organisations, finds that charities are not making the most of information technology and are missing out on potential cost benefits. A lack of affordable external advice and support was one of the problems identified in the survey, conducted by a consortium which included Charity Technology Trust, Lasa and IT4Communities.
