Historic Welsh perspective on public services debate

The Bevan Foundation and the Wales Co-operative Centre has published ‘Co-operation: A post-war opportunity missed’ (subtitled ‘A Welsh perspective’), which considers the role of the state and various forms of voluntary collective organisations in delivering public services as discussed over 60 years ago.
