More News available through VoluntaryNews and connected sites.

  • Email Newsletter Many of the news items on this site appear first in the (more or less) weekly VolResource email newsletter - why not get the latest delivered straight to your inbox?
  •  News feeds are available from most of the news categories on this site. Click on the orange symbol bottom left of the page if your news feed service (such as Netvibes, Google Reader) doesn't automatically detect this. Such facilities can get the latest news items direct to your computer (or mobile) without having to revisit the VoluntaryNews website.
  • This site has monthly archives of news going back to 2006. VolResource actually started publishing a news section in 2001 - see the VolResource News Archive page for further details and links.

As news pages on the web from charities, campaigning organisations and other have become quite common, we've stopped picking out a few as examples. That includes those providing news feeds (RSS), and we've discontinued the News Feed aggregation (both for and from the sector). We are open to arguments for bringing this feature back! However, we have given links to the feeds from other news sites where we can - see More new sites.

You might want to check our Wider News section for contributions to VoluntaryNews from other sources.
