As an Area Operations Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
Building relationships and managing projects with local authorities/statutory agencies to promote home-based childcare, delivering quality services and achieving income generation targets.
Line-manage Project Managers and support project teams, to ensure quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

Your skills and qualifications will include:
Experience of the early years and childcare sector
Excellent project management skills, in a customer-focused environment, with a proven capacity to organize human and financial resources.
Experience of negotiating and securing funding through contracting, tendering or bidding.
Excellent time management and organizations skills, with a proven ability to deliver in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to work with people at all levels.
