RESOLVING CONFLICT

Conflict can have a huge effect on a project, team and ultimately an organisation. This event will provide an insight into why some people are difficult and explores the skills needed to create a positive change when conflict arises.

The event will benefit anyone who has to deal with situations where there is a difference in personalities, values, standards or behaviour which, if left unchecked, can cause even greater problems.

Please note: the day will not cover dealing with people who are being physically violent.

COURSE FEES: for 1-day events: voluntary organisations £110 + VAT; local authorities, statutory organisations and other non-voluntary organisations £165 + VAT. (All course fees include lunch and refreshments.)
