Revised timetable for pension auto-enrolment

The government has confirmed a revised timetable for when employers must start enrolling their staff in a workplace pension under the Pensions Acts 2008 and 2011.

The commencement of the duty to auto-enrol is based on employee numbers. There is no change for organisations with 250 or more employees, but the date for those with less than 30 extends to 2017.
