Referencing Charities Act 2011 in accounts
The ICAEW charity blog points out that one practical effect of the Charities Act 2011, which consolidates various charity law, is that once it comes into force on 14th March, reference should be made to the 2011 Act in annual accounts, independent examination and audit reports.
