Charities Act Review - Calls for Evidence
The statutory review of the Charities Act 2006, which will consider whether further changes to the legal and regulatory framework for charities are desirable, is being undertaken by Lord Hodgson. He has now issued various calls for evidence, alongside a questionnaire for charities (there is a separate one for the public) at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/JSLVM52.
Lord Hodgson will also be holding a series of events for charities to discuss some of the issues in more detail. Each runs 4 to 6pm: Birmingham 20th February, Leeds 21st February, Taunton 5th March, Newcastle 7th March, Cardiff 15th March.
