Scottish charities comply with regulator's review directions
Submitted by voluntarynews on 3 December 2009
OSCR, the charity regulator for Scotland, has announced that all ten charities issued with directions last year as part of its Rolling Review assessments have complied with its requirements to date.
Six charities had to amend constitutions, while four schools have produced plans on how they propose to widen access and address fee levels. A summary report setting out OSCR's approach and key factors will be published shortly. OSCR news.
