Framework for Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation model
A consultation has opened on "Options for the Implementation of the Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO)", under the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005. This will provide a new form of incorporation for Scottish charities.
